If the outdoor trash bin is used in coastal, humid or harsh environments, 304 or 316 stainless steel is recommended when budget permits. For cost-sensitive outdoor trash cans or commercial trash receptacles, 201 stainless steel or galvanized sheet can be used with zinc-rich primer and weather-resistant powder coating to help improve corrosion resistance and extend product life.
What materials for the inner bucket? Can size be customized?
Common inner buckets for outdoor trash bins are made of galvanized steel. For higher weather resistance, stainless steel or galvanized steel with powder coating is recommended. LVEN also supports custom inner bucket sizes and capacities for different outdoor trash receptacles, park trash cans and public space waste bin projects.
What powder coating? Can color be customized?
We typically use 5-year weather-resistant, scratch-resistant outdoor powder coating for outdoor metal trash bins. For higher outdoor durability requirements, super weather-resistant powder coating with 8–10 years of performance is optional. LVEN offers 30+ standard colors and supports custom colors for commercial outdoor trash cans, with a small material fee for fewer than 100 pieces of a single color.

What is the lead time for production?
For some semi-finished outdoor trash bins, delivery can usually be arranged within 7–10 days. Normal custom outdoor trash bin production takes about 15–20 days, depending on product model, order quantity, customization requirements and production schedule.
