01 Are the Wood-Look Slats Made from Natural Timber?
No. The OTM-02C uses PS, or polystyrene, slats with a wood-look appearance. They create the visual character of wood without being solid timber.
PS slats do not require timber oiling, although regular cleaning is still necessary. For projects coordinating several types of outdoor furniture, review the slat color alongside the selected metal finish to ensure the complete unit suits the surrounding design.
02 Which Metal Body Should I Choose?
Choose according to the project specification, preferred appearance, exposure conditions and maintenance plan. The stainless steel version provides a metallic finish, while the galvanized steel alternative uses a powder-coated exterior.
For coastal locations or other demanding environments, provide the site conditions and material requirements when requesting a quotation. Confirm the stainless steel grade or coating specification for the selected version before ordering.
03 Is the Top Ashtray Included as Standard?
No. The top ashtray is optional and should be specified when cigarette collection is required.
For orders containing units with and without ashtrays, separate the quantities by configuration. This allows the quotation and production specification to identify each version clearly. Ashtray-equipped units should also be included in the site’s cigarette-waste collection and cleaning schedule.
