What surface treatments are mainly applied to LVEN outdoor public furniture, what powder coating is selected, and can colors be customized?

1. Base material

Outdoor furniture mainly uses galvanized steel sheet and tube as the base material. For customers with higher requirements, 201 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and aluminum sheet are also available. Before spraying, the surface is generally air sanded to enhance powder coating adhesion.

2. Surface treatment process

For coastal cities or areas with harsh environments, hot dip galvanizing can be applied after the parts are fabricated, or zinc rich primer can be used before powder coating to increase weather resistance.

3. Powder type

LVEN's standard powder coating is a 5 year weather resistant and scratch resistant outdoor powder. For special requirements, an extra weather resistant powder with 8 to 10 years of durability is also available.

4. Custom colors

LVEN offers more than 30 standard colors. Custom colors are also available based on your requirements. For a single color with a quantity of less than 100 pieces, a small material fee will be added because the minimum order quantity for one powder color is 50 kilograms.
